Dubrovnik

This beautiful coastal town was a jewel to visit. At one time, Dubrovnik was a competitor of Venice. The city was once ensconced in a white marble wall. It is still a living city- wonderful to walk atop the wall (similar to the Great Wall of China) looking down seeing laundry being hung to be fresh-aired dried... within the walls while looking out onto the Adriatic Sea seeing kayaks and clipper ships sail by... A beautiful day indeed!!!
